We are a family from Aachen (Germany) who have fulfilled a long-cherished dream with Casa Loumavi. Our private holiday home in picturesque Tuscany is a place of peace and relaxation for us.We like to spend our time here to get away from it all, relax and recharge our batteries.

Casa Loumavi is more than just a holiday home - it is our second home. We have furnished it with a lot of love and care, and many personal items have found a permanent place. These details give the house a special atmosphere, which we greatly appreciate and which we would like to share with our guests. We have known the region around Terricciola for many years through our regular holidays and have taken it very much to our hearts. The rolling hills, vineyards and charming villages provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. We want our guests to experience the beauty and tranquillity of this special place. As we primarily use Casa Loumavi ourselves, we only rent it out when we are not on site. This way we can ensure that our home is in good hands and that our guests can enjoy the same feel-good atmosphere that we love so much.
